These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of monthly Search Engine Optimization ("SEO") subscription services offered by APTE LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through the website www.wixgods.com (the "Website") using the Wix Paid Plans application.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using our monthly SEO subscription services (the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or use the Services.

The exact scope of Services depends on the specific subscription plan selected at checkout. SEO results are not guaranteed, and performance may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.
3. Subscription Term & Billing

All SEO subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go basis.

There is no long-term commitment or obligation beyond one (1) month at a time.

Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Billing is handled through Wix’s Paid Plans system and charged to the payment method on file.
4. Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a monthly SEO subscription, you authorize APTE LLC and Wix to automatically charge your payment method each month at the then-current subscription rate until cancellation.
You acknowledge that:

Auto-renewal is enabled by default

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in the next month’s charge
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty or long-term obligation, by either:

Submitting a cancellation request via the contact form on www.wixgods.com, or

Cancelling directly from your “My Subscriptions” page (accessible from the top-right login/profile menu on the Website).
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
6. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Due to the nature of SEO services and the allocation of time and resources upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for:

7. Client Responsibilities
To perform the Services effectively, you agree to:

8. No Guarantee of Results
SEO is inherently unpredictable and dependent on third-party platforms such as search engines. APTE LLC does not guarantee:

Traffic increases

Conversions or revenue growth
By subscribing, you acknowledge that SEO outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates, competition, and market conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All strategies, processes, reports, templates, and materials provided by APTE LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for your own business purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the one (1) month preceding the claim
