When it comes to building powerful digital experiences, few professionals bring together the combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and creative execution quite like Tanuj (TJ) Apte.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, having a website is no longer enough. Businesses need sophisticated online experiences that look exceptional, perform flawlessly, rank in search engines, and adapt to an increasingly AI-driven world.

That's exactly where TJ Apte comes in.

An AI and web technology expert, startup consultant, and accomplished entrepreneur, TJ has helped thousands of clients bring their digital visions to life. From beautiful business websites and sophisticated web applications to mobile apps and custom technology solutions, his work combines thoughtful design with powerful functionality.

And when it comes to the Wix ecosystem, TJ knows just about everything there is to know.

From Carnegie Mellon to Building Digital Experiences

TJ's technical foundation began at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with a degree in Information Systems.

But his expertise extends far beyond the classroom.

As a founder of multiple companies, TJ understands the challenges that entrepreneurs and businesses face when building, scaling, and maintaining their online presence. He approaches every project with an entrepreneurial mindset, focusing not just on how something looks, but on how it works, who it serves, and how it contributes to the bigger picture.

His philosophy is straightforward:

Technology should make your business better, not more complicated.

That's why TJ specializes in creating minimalistic, highly functional digital products that accomplish their intended purpose while delivering an exceptional experience to customers.

A Wix Expert Across the Entire Ecosystem

Wix has evolved far beyond its origins as a website builder. Today, its ecosystem offers an incredible range of capabilities for businesses, developers, entrepreneurs, and organizations.

TJ has developed expertise across virtually every major area of the platform, including:

• Wix Classic: Professional website design, development, customization, and optimization.

• Wix Studio: Advanced responsive design and sophisticated websites built for modern businesses.

• Wix Headless: Custom frontend experiences powered by Wix's powerful backend infrastructure and APIs.

• Wix Velo: Advanced coding, custom functionality, database integrations, automations, and application development.

• Wix SEO: Technical SEO, on-page optimization, structured data, and strategies to improve organic visibility.

• Wix GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Helping businesses improve their visibility and discoverability across AI-powered search experiences.

• Wix Mobile Apps: Creating mobile experiences that extend a business's brand and functionality beyond the traditional website.

Whether you're looking for a completely custom Wix Studio website, a complex Wix Headless application, advanced Velo development, or a comprehensive SEO strategy, TJ brings the technical knowledge to make it happen.

His understanding of the broader technology landscape also means he can help clients determine which tools, integrations, and technologies actually make sense for their business.

Beyond Websites: AI, Startups, and the Future of Technology

What truly distinguishes TJ's approach is his understanding that the future of the internet is changing.

Artificial intelligence is transforming how consumers discover businesses, interact with brands, and make purchasing decisions. Traditional approaches to web development and search engine optimization are evolving, and businesses need to evolve with them.

TJ works at the intersection of AI, web development, and business strategy, helping organizations build digital infrastructure that is ready for what's next.

From integrating AI-powered functionality into digital products to developing custom applications and optimizing online presence for both traditional search engines and generative AI platforms, his focus is on helping businesses stay ahead of the curve.

For TJ, a website isn't simply a digital brochure. It's an essential part of a company's technology infrastructure and long-term growth strategy.

Making an Impact Beyond Business

TJ's entrepreneurial interests also extend into the nonprofit world.

He founded Access Heroes, a web-accessibility nonprofit dedicated to making the digital world more accessible.

Accessibility is an increasingly important part of modern web development. A website should not only look great and function well for its intended audience; it should also be usable by people with different abilities and accessibility needs.

Through Access Heroes, TJ has helped bring greater attention to the importance of digital accessibility and inclusive online experiences.

It's another example of his belief that technology should serve people and solve meaningful problems.
